The Mid-Atlantic - Russia Business Council delegation visits Russia from April 4 to April 22, 2003. The trip to include Moscow, Ekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, and Nizhny Novgorod. By invitation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Val Kogan, President of the MARBC, addressed a meeting of executives of over 30 regional Chambers of Commerce and gave a presentation at a seminar on Innovation and High Technology.
