PHILADELPHIA--The Mid-Atlantic - Russia Business Council in support of the Foreign Policy Research Institute announces the latest in a series of seminars on political relations between the United States, Russia and Europe.  This study group will be co-chaired by Vladislav Zubok and William Anthony Hay and will feature Professor Oles Smolansky, who will discuss politics in the Ukraine.  The presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 from 4:30pm until approximately 6:00pm.  Immediately following will be a buffet dinner, and the event will conclude by 8:00pm.  Attendance is by invitation only.
