PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA--The Mid-Atlantic - Russia Business Council in support of the Advertising/Communications Times (ACT) announces the Philadelphia Advertising/Business Show.  This event will give representatives of business products and services the opportunity to meet with potential suppliers and customers.  The Show will take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2002 from 10am to 6pm at the Doubletree Hotel in Philadelphia.
