Features of this year Symposium are:
This year's distinguished speakers include former Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Russian Federation Committee for State Property; Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to the USA; Russian executives from several regions of Russia; Representatives from the U.S. Departments of State and of Commerce; Representatives from various U.S. Government agencies; Executive Director of Worldwide Operations of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development; Deputy Secretary of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture; senior executives from American companies doing business with Russia. The keynote address will be given by United States Congressman Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Congress liaison to Russia, who has just returned from Moscow where he was a guest of the Russian Duma.

Following the symposium, a tour of the "Nicholas & Alexandra" exhibition, the last imperial family of the Tsarist Russia, is planned. One of the largest collections of imperial treasures ever to leave Russia, this outstanding collection features nearly 700 objects assembled from the State Hermitage, St. Petersburg; the State Archives of the Russian Federation, Moscow; and the State Palace Museum, Tsarskoe Selo; as well as the FORBES Magazine Collection, New York.
The Symposium's total admission is $120 for PRBC members, $150 for non-members. Admission includes lunch, a networking reception, all seminars and materials, and free access to "Nicholas & Alexandra" exhibition and Export Matchmaker'98 trade show. Special rates have been negotiated at the Ramada Inn-Philadelphia International Airport for delegates requiring overnight accommodations.
